They were awesome!!! I’ve had my BMW at 2 other places and they keep telling me it was fine after charging me over a grand and me assuming they knew what they were doing.. Brad and his team went over the car. There was a lot wrong that had been wrong and the other two places would just put a bandaid on it.. It is now running better then ever!!! They not only put in writing what was wrong but explained it and the reason for fixing it. I will never take my car anyplace else and my husband will take his Subaru there!!! Thanks guys for doing a great job!!!

Great detailed explanations of what was needed as well as the extra "gotcha's" that the dealerships don't always want to disclose until it's too late. Worked with Sid who was very personable but everyone we dealt with was respectful and understood that we were the "customer". I would trust them with giving me an honest opinion of services needed.

The team was quick and detailed in their report, and the car drove better afterwards. Having a Beamer is expensive but it’s more expensive if you don’t maintain it we’ll, and I trust GermanTech with my maintenance.

For me- finding a reliable, skilled and efficient auto repair shop is about as important as finding a doctor when relocating to a new city. These guys were great from the beginning to end of transaction and service!

The staff was very helpful in replacing my struts and fixing all that was needed around that. They were helpful in determining what should be done and what could wait.
