Germantech serviced my 2014 vw passat and listened to everything I saod from the beginning. I had an abs problem and I had purchased most of the parts already, only to find out the damage was a little worse than I first expected. I was quoted for a number of things on paper. I approved whatever I had to have done, which in this case happened to be with my abs. The guys used my parts and I still had to purchase another part but it was not a surprised. They were honest from the beginning. They kept great communication and answered every question I had. My invoice was higher than expected due to the additional part and I was able to be financed for the duration of my invoice. They gave me start date and end date and we true to them both. I was more than surprised by the timeliness, friendliness and great customer service I was given and I will be a returning customer. Again no surprises or anything just willing to help in anyway they could. Very much appreciated guys and great work!

Great service from the first call. Was kept informed about prices and optional services not only verbally, but in writing as well. Fixed my MINI when no one else could. Delivered my car before the promised time. Will definitely use again.

We took my in-law’s C300 Mercedes in for maintenance service. We had an 8:00 appointment that we made on line. We were greeted by Sid Price and the car went in immediately. Service was performed while we waited in their customer lounge. Service was done quickly and was very affordable. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
