Germantech ALWAYS takes care of me. It’s rare to find any place that values transparency and honesty/customer service these days. As someone in the client service industry, I have extremely high standards and Germantech EXCEEDS even my expectations EVERY TIME. Imports in general can be expensive to maintain, but with Germantech I always feel like I’ve gotten a very fair price and labor/service like no one else. This particular service trip was a fast failing battery. The thought of being stranded with my toddler when winter has struck us hit me hard. And they got me in and out in less than an hour, without costing a Fortune!!! Do yourself a favor and use their services to maintain your fav import. You can thank me later.

I haven't driven the repaired vehicle yet (I'm out of town) , but if it runs as well as the customer service has been thus far, I will be ecstatic and a happily returning customer. I had to drop my car off several days before the expected date of service because I was leaving town. I was quoted a repair of 3k, and not only did they get an estimate prepared several days early, but when finished I was happily surprised that they had knocked off 1k because they felt the book estimate was 'egregiously high' putting a grand back into my pocket. THIS is customer service, and will definitely bring me back for any repairs or service needed.

My appointment was for Tuesday morning, so I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon. They called me before close of business on Monday and gave me the results of the inspection and the anticipated costs. As estimated, they finished the repairs by noon on Tuesday and the cost was as estimated. Personnel were friendly and the work was done on time. More than you can expect from many car repair shops these days.

Super friendly and fair. Only place in town that said they could code my Mini Cooper key. Saved me a drive to the Cincinnati dealer and came out cheaper than the dealer quote.
