Amazing customer service! For many years we have gone to the BMW dealership to service our Z4 and never were fully happy with our service. We found GermanTech Motorworks through the recommendation of a friend. The customer service was unlike anything we had ever experienced. Both owners greeted us and personally walked us through all the repairs that would be needed. In addition, they took the time to explain every little detail in a way the average person could understand so that we could make an informed decision. The repairs that the BMW dealership quoted us were extremely expensive. GermanTech Motorworks was a refreshing change as Jeff and his team did not try to inflate the repair prices as the BMW dealerships did. We paid for the identical repairs and saved about 60 percent with better customer service and attention to detail to our vehicle. They have a much more professional maintenance staff who are incredibly more knowledge than the BMW dealership. Jeff and his staff are the only ones we will trust with our BMW needs in the future. We actually felt appreciated for our business. Incredible waiting area if you had to wait for your vehicle that is much more comfortable than the BMW dealership. We highly recommend them to anyone we know. So grateful we have found an alternative to a dealership!!!
