They do great work and go out of their way to take care of their customers. During CoVid, all of the staff always wore a mask - thanks for keeping us all Safe! Also, they reset the clock to the correct time and made sure all alerts had been cleared.

I had a great first experience with GTM last week. My wife's X5 has been having issue with driver side door controls. GTM replaced the panel and re-pinned the female connector and now its all great. Wife is happy again. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team at GermanTech MotorWorks. They are very thorough, communicate well, and were very detailed in developing a plan on what I needed to do to for X5 35d. They were so thorough that Jeff contacted the BMW Service Manager about one of the issues that needs attention. This was my first visit, and I plan to have them take care of my BMW from now on.
