Jeff, Sid and team at Germantech are professional and knowledgeable. My wife's car had an engine coolant leak and overheated on the side of the road. I had the car towed to Germantech after hours. I texted the number listed on the website with my information and despite it being afterhours I received a confirmation text from Germantech stating that they had received the information and would be in contact with me in the morning. They had fixed the problem within 48 hours and I had the car back without delay. I highly recommend Germantech to anyone that needs repair on any German vehicle. 5-stars

They diagnosed a leak in my water pump and replaced it. They also diagnosed oil leak issues that were covered by warranty. Great guys to work with. Very professional, courteous and on time. Highly recommend.

Contacted GT. An scheduled a appointment to tune my Mercedes-Benz drove to the shop an had there techs go over what was going to be done ,waited for awhile do to the pandemic going on but after a couple of hours my chariot awaits good as new ,just leaving the shop I feel the extra power an torque on the vehicle an i haveant changed the exhaust yet i drove all the way back to Cincinnati, an i noticed my gas mileage got 7 more miles to the gallon wow can't wait to change exhaust tomorrow an really see what it can do thanks guys highly recommend these folks for your tunes an repairs..
