Jeff and John were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when my E60 M5 was in a accident. They worked with the body shop that was handling my claim regarding mechanical issues which included reprogramming the battery and syncing the adaptive headlights. They are always willing to answer your questions from preventative maintenance to performance upgrades. Also, I recently had new tires installed w/ alignment and the car is back to how it felt when I left the dealership parking lot. Can’t recommend GermanTech enough for their overall customer service and like minded enthusiasm for these machines.

This shop is top notch. They are EXPERTS. They were especially accommodating with my time constraint and had my Mini Countryman fixed and ready in the most impressive timing. John and the team were extremely communicative and very clear on what issues I was facing, the cost of the repairs, and how quickly they could help me out. The Mini Dealer may have closed last year, however do not hesitate to run to them first! They will take good care of any German car needs. If I could give 6 stars for how helpful and concise they were, I would.

These guys are awesome. They took the time to answer my long list of questions about my M3. Even went for a drive along with me to listen to the noises I was hear from my car ; which were common. I look forward to doing lots of business with these guys. Highly recommended.
