Very friendly and professional management and staff. Jeff showed patience and understanding with me as I was considering options. I recently bought an 06 BMW E46 convertible with 111k miles. I am now repairing neglected engine and drive train items and his assessment and presentation of what was necessary and what could wait was unexpectedly easy to deal with. I was able to make the best decision based on what I could afford and what he presented needed to be done. I'll definitely be going back for the other work that I can't do on my own.
