I drive a 2014 Honda Accord Sport with about 66,000 miles on it and found out from the dealer (I live/work in Charlotte, NC) that the starter is bad and it's a common problem with the '14 Accords yet there is no recall on them from Honda. The dealer (who I will not name) quoted me $700 to replace the starter and that included the parts and labor. That price sounded very high to me. I was in Louisville visiting family over the 4th of July holiday and the starter finally went dead. My brother recommended LFM Services so I called them, scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 30 and took the car in. Location was easy to find and I was greeted by Dana the ofc mgr and David. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable with a big screen t.v., free WiFi as well as free snacks, drinks and coffee. And a comfortable couch and chairs. Once the starter and parts arrived, it only took the technician about 30 minutes to remove the bad OEM starter and replace it with the new one. I've been driving it since Jun 30 and it cranks right up, no problem and best of all the total cost was about 40% less than what the dealer was going to charge me. I highly recommend LFM Services. Very professional outfit and they can handle any types of repairs and they are very honest and fair. Thank you LFM for taking care of me while I was in town.

I own numerous cars and have always done business with Etscorns on Bardstown Rd. who I am very pleased with. I recently had a problem with my Mercedes that required some special computer software that Etscorns did not have access to. I was referred here by Josh who spoke very highly of them and told me they specialized in this particular type of repair and that I could trust them to get it fixed right. He was right, my car is completely fixed and I did not have to go get screwed by the dealer. I will continue to use Etscorns for the rest of my cars but my Mercedes will come here from now on. These guys are great!

Broke a tank strap on our vacation in Louisville. Very nice man here talked with us on the phone before we brought our car in to make sure they could fix our problem as we were in a hurry. We took it in on Monday and they had it fixed ready to go Wednesday. Even told us about something else that needed looked at but wasn't something they worked on. Very helpful and understood we were in a rush! Called us and would let us know what was going on with our car which was very nice!

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I love LFM because they save me money every time I walk in the door. My car needed rear brakes and a wheel bearing. LFM not only saved me a couple hundred dollars from the dealership, they also beat Ken Towery Auto, Michael Tires and a few other shops. I hate shopping around for the best deal but LFM apparently is the best secret. I never need another quote again. Thank you
